Nigeria On The Brink Of Religious War

Nigeria's intelligence community say that a serious religious crisis may soon break out across the country if proper attention is not paid to tensions by President Muhammadu Buhari and his administration.

An intelligent report has forewarned that President shouldn't take the threat lightly as a potential religious war would be politically motivated to break down the nation's unity.

The recent killings of Christians in the north of the country by Muslims has significantly raised tensions in the region, with other states also listed in the report as being in danger of a potential crisis.

The states listed include, Abuja, Niger, Kaduna, Kano, Nasarawa, Plateau and Benue states with a high resurgence in arms a key factor as to why the threat should not be taken lightly.

The intelligence community believe that the recent religious killings are aimed at achieving the break out of war to destroy Nigeria's unity.
