Premier League: “We Are Worried About Ighalo”- Wenger

Odion Ighalo

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has confessed he is worried about facing Nigeria’s Odion Ighalo as Watford welcome Arsenal on Saturday, August 28th in the Premier League.

Arsenal are without a win this season and Wenger faces an uphill task when they visit Watford, who knocked them out of the FA Cup competition last season.

The French man knows too well about Ighalo and his Watford striker partner and captain Troy Deeney, and he is taking no chances.

“They [Ighalo and Deeney] were very efficient last year with the two strikers up front together,” Wenger told his club’s official website.

“One of the keys for us will be to keep them quiet.”

“To find a player who combines these two things is not easy,” Wenger said.

“He’s very strong in the challenges, the duels, and in the link play as well. I was impressed by him last year.
